Lanark County Interval House 50/50 Raffle Rules

1. Players of this lottery must be 18 years of age or older, residents of the province of Ontario at the time of purchase, and must use a major credit card or debit card to purchase.

2. Tickets will be sold online using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox. We reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at special events, with all ticket purchases made through Rafflebox.

3. Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 2 for $10; 5 for $20; 25 for $50; 100 for $100.

4. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation email with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

5. All ticket sales are final after the draw closes.

6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

7. Draw schedule: this 50/50 lottery will have a single draw made at a live event at Almonte Civitan Club, 500 Almonte Street, Almonte, ON, on December 4, 2026 at 9:15pm, and then published on Lanark County Interval House’s social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

8. By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Lanark County Interval House to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.  

9. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

11. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a charity other than Lanark County Interval House, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
