Community Partners
A number of Lanark County Interval House’s programs and services are funded by community partners and events right here in Lanark County. We would like to give special thanks to all our community partners—thank you for working with us to end violence against women and their children!

Thanks to Royal LePage for creating the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. And for making ongoing support of women’s shelters across the nation a priority. We are grateful their support directly to Lanark County Interval House! |
We want to send a huge thank you to the organizers of the Kids Are Super Gala held in Nepean October 27, 2012. The proceeds went to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and were then split between Lanark County Interval House and La Maison d’amite. The proceeds were enhanced by the Scotiabank Employee Volunteer program. We would also like to thank IBM. IBM also has an employee volunteering grant and LCIH was the fortunate recipient of it through the Kids Are Super Gala. Thank you to everyone involved in this fantastic event. It was a huge success for both the children who attended and our shelter!

In the spring of 2011, LCIH benefitted once again from the thoughtful staff at our local Scotiabank branches (in Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, Perth, and Lanark). Staff worked together to donate an assortment of new toiletries for women and children in need, as well as a $270 cash donation. Thank you for your support!
We thank the Perth & District Community Foundation for its support with our teen program, Could this be Love. With this donation, we have been able to reach hundreds of teens from highschools across the region to discuss healthy relationships and have been able to bring all the teens together for one-day conferences.

Jo’s Clothes has been supporting us from Beautiful Perth Ontario. This consignment store regularly sends high-end shoes, accessories and clothing in a wide range of sizes for us to sell to raise funds for the shelter.

Since its inception, The Hub Rebound “Re-use It Centre” has been helping women who leave our shelter furnish their new living spaces and each woman receives a basket of necessities from the Hub. Just one more wonderful way that The Hub continues to support Lanark County Interval House. We are grateful for the financial support that the Hub provides to fund shelter services. Thank you!

The Almonte Quilters’ Guild continues to surprise the women and children who live at our shelter with beautiful homemade donated quilts. What admirable donations: stunning handmade quilts sewn by women for women! Learn more about the Quilters’ Guild here!
