Lanark County Interval House is a shelter and support network for women and children who are threatened by abuse.  We are currently looking for a Children’s Support Worker.

The Children’s Support Worker will provide a recreational based program in the shelter for children aged 0-16 years. 

This is a student position and the successful candidate must be enrolled in a formal education program.

Kids are Super Gala Organizers Donate Thousands to Support LCIH Programs

Lanark County Interval House gratefully accepted a donation of $4,500 from IBM Canada, Scotiabank and the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. The three organizations contributed to the Kids Are Super Gala, a children’s costume party. The party was held with the dual purpose of providing safe entertainment for neighbourhood children while raising much needed funds for local charities. This year, the gala supported two area shelters, La Maison d’amitié and Lanark County Interval House.
